Article 1 Purpose
These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) operating the online reservation system and the user, regarding the use of the class service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

Article 2 Definitions

1. “User” refers to a person who accesses the services provided by the Company under these Terms to make reservations, payments, or other activities.

2. “Class” refers to the perfume-making experience service provided offline by the Company.

Article 3 Service Content and Provision

1. Class content: Perfume-making experience, selecting bottles, sticker making, etc.

2. Reservations can be made via the website, and a class will be opened even with a single reservation.

3. Participation is possible only after the reservation is confirmed.

4. Participation is possible only after the reservation is confirmed.
   For card payments, a prior review process (1–2 hours) applies, after which class confirmation will be sent.

Article 4 Reservation and Payment

1. Reservations are available in real time, but the advance reservation period is limited to a maximum of 60 days.

2. Participation is not confirmed until the reservation is finalized.

3. No parking space is provided; please use nearby paid parking facilities.

Article 5 Refunds and Changes

1. Changes and cancellations are allowed up to 1 day before the reservation date.

2. For same-day reservations, changes/cancellations are only allowed within 30 minutes after the reservation.

3. If you are late for your reservation, participation may be restricted, and no refund will be given.

Article 6 Obligations of Users

1. Users must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. The use of the service may be restricted if a user steals others’ information, interferes with reservations, or enters false information.

Article 7 Miscellaneous

1. These Terms may be amended, and any changes will be announced in advance on the website.

2. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws or commercial practices.
